We’re on the lookout for a friendly, energetic, and customer-obsessed Client Care Agent to join our dynamic support team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients - answering questions, resolving issues, and making sure every interaction leaves them smiling.

What you’ll be doing:

• Responding to client queries via phone, email, and our support ticket system

• Helping clients get the most out of our products and services

• Troubleshooting common issues and escalating where needed

• Assisting with onboarding and training support

• Working closely with our team to make sure clients feel heard, supported, and valued

• ​

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Stays calm and professional under pressure

• Is naturally upbeat, solution-focused, and eager to learn

• Works well in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks

• Loves making a difference in people’s lives through great service

• Fluent in both English and Afrikaans

Requirements:

• Qualifications: Matric

• Basic understanding of IT, Computers, Web Applications, Standard Software Packages like office, mail clients and mobile and web applications in general.

• Previous call centre experience would be advantageous

• Criminal Record: Clean criminal record is essential.

• Location: Must preferably reside in or around the Centurion area.

• Transport: Own reliable transport

• Driver’s License: Valid South African driver’s license required.

Salary: R12,000 – R15,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)
