Job Description:

This person will be responsible to service the needs of the company's existing clients, respond to new sales inquiries and to support the activities of the external sales team (account managers). This position is well suited to individuals with excellent communication & people skills and a solid technical (IT and software) understanding. 



Customer sales support

•    Assist Account Managers with new client lead sourcing.
•    Assist Account Managers with the generation and sending of proposals.
•    Respond to leads by answering them directly or arranging for a meeting with the appropriate account manager.
•    Follow up and manage sales process.
•    Offer new products / services to existing clients when the opportunity arises.
•    Maintenance of internal company sales information / management systems and tools.


Customer Queries Support 

  • Provide first line support to customers that request / log a support request. First line support is typical user assistance with the standard system(s) functionality. Support is to be provided typically over the phone and/or electronic media like email, skype, TeamViewer etc.

  • Assist Account Managers with client request management. This include tracking open requests, following up on progress with the request and providing regular feedback to the client.

  • Keeping record of common problems, system issues to be logged with the relevant product manager.


Education & Experience Requirements:


•    Minimum Matric.
•    Relevant Tertiary Qualification will be an advantage.
•    IT (hardware and software) education and/or experience.
•    Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans with excellent communication skills.

•    Solid technical knowledge and technical understanding (IT hardware and software).
•    Professional and friendly customer communication skills; telephonically and electronically.
•    Ability to handle pressure and handle client complaints in a professional and friendly manner.

•    Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
•    Attention to detail.
•    Excellent problem-solving skills.
•    Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively


R15 000.00 CTC depending on experience.
