The Company expects a Client Care Consultant to fulfil, amongst others, the following high-level roles:

 

The role of a client care consultant offering remote 1st line and general support to GLOVent Clients, Partners & Employees. Specific roles & responsibilities include:

1st Line Support:

1) The main function of this position is to handle 1st line support for all clients, partners, and employee’s queries via telephone, email and all other channels in a friendly and professional manner.

2) The person will be responsible for managing the company’s ticket/query management system. This will include resolving all incoming requests and providing feedback to the client/partner until the ticket has been resolved and closed. Where tickets are escalated internally or to external service providers, the Client Care

Consultant will be responsible for following up and providing feedback to clients throughout the process.

3) Providing help and answers to the customers, partners, and employees’ queries through identifying the problem itself, research on answers, and subsequent provision of guidance.

4) Assistance and training to clients on system processes and features.

5) Resolution of the customers' troubles by recommendation of products, services or procedures or escalation to product specialist or local Account Managers.

 

Operations Support:

1) The monitoring of system performance and the proactive resolution or reporting of system errors and issues where applicable.

2) General operations support on the execution of Client Care and Management actions and projects.

 

Candidate Skills & Ability Requirements:

The ideal candidate for the role of Client Care Consultant at GLOVent Solutions should have the following skills and abilities:

  • Good understanding of IT, Computers, Web Applications, Standard Software Packages like office, mail clients and mobile and web applications in general.

  • Be able to handle high volume calls, emails, voicemails, and other communication means in an orderly, organized and diligent manner.

  • Be able to stay calm and professional even under high-pressure situations, which could include dealing with upset and rude people.
